Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with our Products/Services is important to us. However, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Products/Services, and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy. The majority of our content is provided via a digital format, and therefore, a standard lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our materials.
Therefore, unless otherwise provided by law, you understand and acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Products/Services, except under the following condition: Please submit evidence within 30 days of the purchase of our Products/Services, showing that you’ve completed all course modules, done the work, and can show that even after implementing our strategies and taking action, the instructions and methods haven’t worked for you. This applies to any/all of our Digital Products. Please note, there are no refunds (and no exceptions) on any memberships, coaching, or consulting that we may offer.
